4. Tutoring Services

Topcher provides a platform connecting students with tutors. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any tutoring services. Users engage with tutors at their own discretion and risk.

  • Tutors are independent individuals, not employees of Topcher
  • Sessions can be conducted through our platform or other agreed means
  • Sharing personal contact information is at your own discretion
  • Payment is arranged directly between students and tutors

5. Payments and Fees

Topcher is a free platform for connecting students and tutors. Payment for tutoring sessions is arranged directly between students and tutors. Topcher does not process payments or charge service fees at this time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share inappropriate or offensive content
  • Create multiple accounts fraudulently
  • Impersonate another person or entity

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Topcher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
